DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE
Minor damage to the vehicle, without affecting its return to Angracar Rent and without affecting its mobility under the terms of the Road Safety Code, is charged according to the price list indicated by Angracar Mechanical Workshop: Recommended Prices for Minor Damage, which includes the cost of immobilizing the Vehicle, together with the administrative costs of damage management.
Any other more serious damage that prevents the return of the Vehicle and requires it to be temporarily immobilized for repair, will be assessed by an expert from Angracar Mechanical Workshop and charged according to the expert's report. The temporary immobilization of the vehicle is added to the charge for the damage reported, which is charged according to the rental rates in place by season.
